The Rockox House in co-operation with the Antwerp Museums

September 2006 saw the Rockox House sign a letter of intent to co-operate with the museums of both the city and province of Antwerp. Together, they represent both quantitatively and qualitatively major force in the municipal, provincial and Flemish museum landscape. They share similar profiles, particularly with respect to museum functions and collections. All concerned want the museums to take on the dual responsibilities of


• achieving close co-operation between themselves, and
• stimulating broader co-operation with other museums in the city and towards their provincial heritage.
